Terms of Service
Account Workspace Mail Hub is provided for authorized business administration. The administrator must have permission to manage every LinkedIn account, mailbox, and device connected to the system.

Manual workflow
The system helps open isolated local browser sessions and organize manual tasks. It does not authorize automated liking, reposting, commenting, messaging, or other automated engagement.
Mailbox connections
Gmail, Microsoft, and Yahoo mailboxes may be connected only by an authorized mailbox owner or administrator. Mailbox access is used only for the centralized LinkedIn-filtered Mailbox Hub and must not be used to access a mailbox without permission. Authorized teams may view synchronized LinkedIn verification, password-reset, security, confirmation and notification messages according to their assigned role.
Security responsibilities
The administrator is responsible for protecting dashboard credentials, provider client secrets, Yahoo app passwords, recovery methods, and paired devices. Exposed or expired secrets must be revoked and replaced promptly.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and LinkedIn operate under their own terms and may require reauthorization, additional verification, or account-owner confirmation. Account Workspace Mail Hub cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party access.
Acceptable use
The system must not be used for unauthorized access, impersonation, spam, deceptive activity, or circumvention of a provider’s security controls.
Changes and termination
Access may be suspended when needed to protect connected accounts, comply with law, or meet provider requirements. These terms may be updated as the service changes.
